Minnesota Strike

The mission of Minnesota Strike is to promote Visibility, Equity, and Community. We do this in the following ways:

• Visibility:  Showcase, support, and celebrate elite women, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid ultimate players.
• Equity:  Actively participate in creating community partnerships and relationships, focusing on youth of marginalized genders, youth of color, and those of all socio-economic classes.
• Community:  Share our love, joy, and passion for the sport of ultimate with others, have a positive impact on our community, and work to make our ultimate community more representative of our community as a whole.

We believe in promoting equity, diversity, respect, and spirit of the game, and strive to inspire and empower future generations. We will continue to learn and grow, including in re-evaluating our language in order to strive to reflect inclusivity of marginalized people that the league seeks to support.
